Winter Holiday ordering information

In an effort to organize my time wisely this holiday season, I am experimenting with a new system which I hope will be easy to understand. I normally don’t accept holiday orders after Samhain, but, rather notoriously, find it hard to say no when someone asks nicely in November and then I become a crazy person because it turns out – gasp – days don’t magically grow longer just because I need the extra hours! LOL. So I’ve created a finite number of available doll orders, in the form of gift certificates, which are available in the etsy shop. To place a holiday order, just purchase one of the gift certificates and then we will do the rest through email as we normally do. If you buy one now (or soon) to hold your spot, you will still have some time to make your final decisions; all orders do need to be finalized by Samhain though so I have enough time to finish them for Solstice/Chanukah/Christmas. I hope this system will allow you – and I!! - to see if I still have room in my holiday basket to take another order without making me into a frantic lunatic. ;)

All of my wares are handmade by me, one at a time. This allows for a lot of attention to detail, and also provides the opportunity for you to make special requests. No two dolls are ever exactly the same; I do my best to re-create the photographs you see on the site, but sometimes I am unable to obtain an exact fabric or yarn and I make substitutions. You will always have a one-of-a-kind Goddess!

Almost every doll can be made in any size or any color; if you like the adornments of one doll but the color of a different one, feel free to mix and match and make your own personal Goddess. Also inquire about having lavender or other herbs added to your doll’s stuffing! Each doll comes with a card on which you will find her name and story; if you'd like me to rename your Goddess for you, please feel free to ask! (For example, you'd rather have Titania called Aine, or Hestia called Vesta, etc.)

As with the dolls, the embroidered quilts, gifts and toys are all made to order, so you can request color schemes really easily. I love working with people to fulfill these special requests and make a product that is unique and truly individual.

Due to family circumstances, turnaround time is longer than it has been in the past, usually 3-6 weeks; t o place an order, please email me with your request. I accept Paypal and personal checks or money orders. I normally send orders out through Priority Mail; please inquire for international postage rates, which are higher.
